Availability & Dispatch

If your order is fully in stock we usually aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Our delivery partners will not ask you to touch handheld devices or sign for deliveries and will maintain social distancing requirements issued by the government when making deliveries.

We do ask for your understanding when it comes to dispatch timescales. If weather conditions are not suitable for transport by shipping partners or ourselves, we may need to delay dispatch so that you receive your products in the best condition possible, the same might happen when you order during holidays or special occasions, etc.

Courier Delivery Instructions

You can add delivery instructions for the courier in your order. These instructions are printed on the address label for our couriers to follow. Please be on the look out for your order following the tracking not to miss your package left unnoticed at your door. If you request your items to be left unattended, this is at your own risk and we are unable to reimburse you for any lost or weather damaged items.

Shipping Time Frame

After you receive your tracking it will take 4-8 business days for your order to be arrived.

We are using Standard Shipping by Royal Mail– Shipping Cost: 9.95£.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time

Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday).. Order handling time is 2-3 business day (Monday to Friday).

Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at
